ublitz.io (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is an independent studio that designs and ships its own mobile apps and games. This policy applies to our website, our apps and games, and any related services that link to it (together, our “Services”). It does not apply to third-party products that have their own privacy policies.

Information you give us
- Account & profile details — such as your name, email address, username, and avatar, when you create an account or sign in.
- Communications — messages you send us for support, feedback, or to join our newsletter.
- Payment details — purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play, not by us. We receive a confirmation of your purchase, but not your full card number.
Information we collect automatically
- Device & app data — device model, operating system, app version, language, and similar technical details.
- Usage & gameplay — features you use, levels you reach, in-app events, and session length, so we can improve our products.
- Diagnostics — crash reports and performance data that help us find and fix bugs.
- Approximate location — derived from your IP address (for example, country or region). We do not collect precise GPS location unless an app feature needs it and you grant permission.
- Identifiers — device or advertising identifiers used for analytics and measurement, subject to your device settings.
Information from third parties
- App stores and platforms — purchase and subscription status from Apple and Google.
- Sign-in providers — if you choose to log in with a third-party account, we receive the basic profile information you authorize.
- Analytics and attribution partners — aggregated measurement about how people discover and use our Services.
3. How we use your information
- To provide, maintain, and improve our apps, games, and website.
- To personalize content, remember your preferences, and save your progress.
- To measure performance, understand engagement, and develop new features.

- App stores & platforms — Apple and Google, to process purchases and deliver our apps.
- Legal & safety — when required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of ublitz.io, our players, or the public.
- Business transfers— if ublitz.io is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may transfer as part of that deal. We’ll notify you of any change in control.
5. Cookies & similar technologies
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Some features may not work properly if you disable them.
6. Data retention
We keep your information only for as long as we need it to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When it’s no longer needed, we delete it or anonymize it.
