1. Accepting these terms
By downloading, accessing, or using any ublitz.io website, app, or game (our “Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Services.
2. Who can use ublitz.io
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use our Services. If you’re under the age of majority where you live, you may only use the Services with the involvement of a parent or guardian who agrees to these terms.
3. Your account
Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and be responsible for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly at hello@ublitz.io if you suspect unauthorized use.
4. License to use our apps & games
Subject to these terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use our apps and games for your own non-commercial enjoyment. We keep all rights we don’t expressly grant you.
5. Acceptable use
When using our Services, you agree not to:
- break the law or infringe anyone’s rights;
- copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from our Services, except where the law allows;
- cheat, exploit bugs, use bots or unauthorized third-party software, or otherwise interfere with fair play;
- attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users’ accounts;
- harass, abuse, or harm others, or upload content that is unlawful, hateful, or offensive;
- sell, rent, or commercially exploit the Services or any in-game items without our written permission.
6. Purchases, subscriptions & in-app items
Our apps and games may offer purchases, subscriptions, and virtual items. Payments are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their terms, not by us.
- Virtual items— coins, levels, and other in-game items are licensed to you for use within the game. They have no monetary value, can’t be exchanged for cash, and may change or expire.
- Subscriptions — auto-renewing subscriptions continue until you cancel. You can manage or cancel them in your app store account settings.
- Refunds— purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law or your app store’s policy.
7. Your content
If you submit content — such as feedback, a username, or anything you post — you keep ownership of it, but you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use it to operate and improve the Services. You’re responsible for the content you provide and confirm you have the right to share it.
8. Our intellectual property
The Services — including our software, designs, artwork, characters, logos, and the name “ublitz.io” — are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not use our branding without our prior written permission.
9. Third-party stores & services
Our apps are distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play, and your use is also subject to their terms. Apple and Google are not parties to these terms and are not responsible for the Services. Some features may rely on third-party services with their own terms.
10. Disclaimers
Our Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including those of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don’t guarantee the Services will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ublitz.io will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant app or game in the 12 months before the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold harmless ublitz.io from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Services or your breach of these terms, to the extent permitted by law.
13. Suspension & termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or use the Services in a way that could harm ublitz.io or others. Provisions that by their nature should survive — such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — will continue to apply.
14. Changes to the Services and these terms
We’re always improving, so our Services may change over time, and we may update these terms. When we make material changes, we’ll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continuing to use the Services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of Singapore will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, unless mandatory local laws in your country of residence say otherwise.
